Hannah Madeleine Goodman
American Soprano
Lyric coloratura soprano Hannah Madeleine Goodman, hailed for her “adept coloratura," “exquisite dynamics," "riotous physical comedy," and "vaudevillian furor," made her UK debut this 2025-26 season with Echoes of Ancient Tang Poems at King's Place in London. She was a Fort Worth Opera Hattie Mae Lesley Resident Artist for the 2024-25 season, where she sang Adina in The Elixir of Love and Clorinda in La Cenerentola, as well as covering Amy in Little Women. As an iSING! International Festival Young Artist, she was also honored to sing in Echoes of Ancient Tang Poems with Maestro Marin Alsop and the Philadelphia Orchestra at the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing, China. Originally from Oregon and based out of New York City, Ms. Goodman has sung with opera companies including Fort Worth Opera, Portland Opera, Los Angeles Opera, Barn Opera / Opera Vermont, Salt Marsh Opera, and Opera Saratoga, and orchestras including Philadelphia Orchestra, Bangor Symphony Orchestra, and Suzhou Symphony Orchestra. 2025 Grant Recipient, Anna Sosenko Assist Trust; Semifinalist, 2023 Camille Coloratura Awards; Quarterfinalist, 2024 American Traditions Competition.
